The average healing window is 3-4 weeks, so I wouldn't recommend having alcohol until it's been that long. You are still at risk for dry socket, which really hurts!

Well, you should have gotten pain killers for approx 3 days after having those removed. No chance of dry socket after the first week. The holes will fill in, no problem. As long as you don't take any left over pain meds, everything will be just fine!

Dry socket is caused from sucking and damaging the blood clot that is trying to form. For example, smoking and sucking through a straw. You can definitely drink, provided that you're no longer on pain medication--bad mix, or drinking out of a straw. Just have fun but be careful!!

Every once in a while suck on an ice cube. Get the area a little bit numb or chilled. If you do brush in the back be very careful stay at least a tooth distance away. Numb the area with ice before brushing just in case. If your really unsure call your dentist, he will be the most help.

Sure. The alcohol prohibition has to do with the antibiotic you were given, not the pouring of alcohol across your wound.
