This is not about being for or against legalization. I just wonder why they refute the evidence.

Poppies and coca leaves grow out of the ground. I don't think those were good for you. It may have been meant for medical and scientific use and not for the creation of recreational drugs.

i won't be in a position to communicate for human beings, i do no longer reject scientific information (how ought to I as a theoretical physicist), yet i could desire to admit I even have heard many memories of decision treatments working ok, and a few have been of human beings living very on the ingredient of me. each from time to time medical doctors or nurses have been even asking if this individual became doing or taking some thing particular, because of fact they have been therapeutic so speedy. of course the medics have been left double-blind :) because of fact they weren't informed. (and so as that they could no longer decide because of fact of prejudices, in any different case i'm specific some might have lined their marvel). it incredibly is all i will say. I pass away all different pseudo-scientific scientific communicate approximately vehicle-suggestion and placebo because it incredibly is (no longer that there is not any longer something to assert approximately that, yet you're able to be able to desire to define the premises lots clearer), because of fact this is totally undefined and not nicely worth a real scientist, yet i think that once you're a real scientist you could decide that via your self. ___________ Oh, i'm under no circumstances speaking approximately mysterious miracles, or in spite of you're calling it. I even have had discussions with medical doctors approximately this and that i've got my conclusions. I even have my thought approximately what this is nicely worth, and that i only know it may help some those that may not discover help someplace else. with the intention to have an intensive communicate, you incredibly need to define your so referred to as technology lots clearer. do no longer subject, time will come, possibly smarter human beings than you will do this for you. till then, wait and notice and silent.

All drugs cause some harm. Even alcohol and nicotine and the OTC meds. But as a former Pharmacist, I have yet to see a definitive non-biased double blind study showing that (in your case the negative so) marijuana has no added benefits over Marinol. My family all has a rare blood cancer with leg pains similar to MS and I have threatened to try it on more than one occasion. I'm not necessarily saying it needs to be legalized to the level of alcohol, but it is time we take it off Schedule I listing and put it on Schedule II so that some true clinical usage can be tried. Or if you can show me some reputable medical journal studies via University studies using a significant amount of subjects in double blind studies with NO government lab involved that proves your point then I'll join your bandwagon, but I've seen 70yr old cancer Pt's it has helped with pain where morphine only knocked them out. And WHY IS IT the US Government legally grows and dispenses marijuana cigs for 13 patients yet will not add any to the list. Are they "killing" these people on purpose? Or did the courts just make them look at the logical in situ evidence for these patients?

I don't think they reject the evidence, I think they see no difference with the risk one takes when CHOOSING to use cigarettes or alcohol. Both of those drugs have been scientifically documented to affect your health in a bad way, yet the government does not interfere. They believe the same should be for marijuana.

^These people don't know what they're talking about...

Of course it's not harmless... I'm sure "potheads" know that... It's got good and bad side effects, just like most things we do. Should they be illegal? It's less harmful than cigarettes or alcohol.

marijuanna does alot of positive things for the body.
smoking obviously hurts the lungs... but it also has a high level of thc which is really good for you.
eating it is even better for you.
i dont smoke weed personally.
and never have and never will.
however my friends all do it, so ive read alot.
i use to be really against it.
i watched this video on youtube, terrible reference, but there is the grandpa guy who talks about weed and he wrote a book, and tells you all the good things about it.
check it out.
its harmless if you eat it, steep it for tea, or inhale it via humidifier.
perhaps thats why potheads deny it.
plus, smoking is 100 times worse.
a little addition because i quickly read a comment someone made.
weed is not addictive.
it is a natural plant.
the only thing that is addictive at all is the process and emotional connection.
by process i mean rolling it, cutting it, growing it... they enjoy doing all those things... inhaling the smoke, adn how it feels inside of them, the warm feeling aparently.
the drug itself is NOT addictive.
emotionally, some people become addicted to it, because they use it as an excape from reality to get through bad times, like a death. equalling in coping issues.
many people who smoke pot do it for fun, at parties, or to pass time when they are bored.
i have only met a few people who were actually addicted.
emotionally that is.
but its because they did it all the time every day.

Probably because they are addicted to the drug, and why would they want to hear negative things about what they like? It's like an alcoholic, that thinks his/her liver is fine. A smoker that feels cancer free. If you're addicted to something, you only look for the positive in it, and disregard any negative.

bc they want to smoke their weed and don't give a ****. they will argue that its ok to make them feel better, and they may even convince them self that it is good. In the end they are pot smoking dumb asses anyway.

I don't haven't seen any proof of the long term effects of weed but that's not bc it is false, just bc I'm not that old yet. I have though seen some crazy **** happen to some of my friends siblings that smoke....and none of it was good. Lay off the weed

um i don't smoke but those scientist could be working for the government and making up lies against it legalization because the sale of marijuana isn't being taxed. this is my theory marijuana grows out from the ground and god wouldn't let something so harmful grow.

you know, for decades, people denied the fact that cigarettes were bad for you. Why should those who smoke pot be any different? It's all rationalization, they don't want to know all the reasons for quitting.
