How many men do you allow to bathe her?
Get her to the doctor, and do not wait until Monday.
Tell the doctor just what you have told us. That way he/she can look closely to see what is wrong.

I would definately talk to her doctor about it. If it's nothing, you haven't hurt anything. If it is something serious, you can do something if you know the truth. With the yeast infection, she needs to be seeing the doctor anyway to treat it.
Is the only variable the gender of the person giving the bath? Is it possible that bubble bath is being used and burning her, or the water is too hot? That's not gonna feel good if she has a yeast infection. Make sure the water is warm, but not hot, with no bubble bath or other bath additives. And make sure anyone bathing your daughter follows that rule.
Honestly, I would talk to your ex about having not-quite-Grandpa bathing your daughter. Simply say that you don't feel comfortable having a man that you are not close to bathing her. It's not an insult to his parenting, just asking him to respect you, and you do the same. If he has any serious concerns about anyone, respect those, as well.
But I would definately get her to a doctor, BEFORE she gets any baths by males.
If you decide it's probably nothing and not to do anything, and you're wrong, "wating and seeing" puts your daughter in at least a few more situations where she can be hurt worse than she already was.

If you haven't taken her to the doctor yet you can't know she has a yeast infection.
Secondly why are other men giving her a bath? Besides her father?
This sounds like a much more serious problem if it's only when "men" give her a bath. Has she been molested? I am not joking at all. I am scared for your daughter

why was the other man bathing her in the first place?? something sounds wrong here..
now i know that even young girls can get infections, but usually from not wiping properly, or things like that.. but you really should take her to the pediatrician, and without the child in the room, ask the pediatrician to refer you to a child psychologist..
a child psychologist will ask the child questions in a child friendly way, by colering pictures of their feelings or of an experience..
this will let you know what you are dealing with if there was any abuse...

If your daughter has an infection, take her to the doctor asap. If it is a new behaviour that your daughter does not allow males to bath her, this is a behaviour of concern.
Do not over react, however be suspicious. Do you educate your daughter in right and wrong touching & the right to say no?
Ask her. Be careful how you ask, short questions, don't plant info into her head.
Don't push her. If she responds with anger. Leave it & ask again when she is calm.
Use your gut & dont push her.
