Ok, i've been posting alot of this but I haven't gotten an answer to my question.

Ok. My teeth look like this: http://i10.tinypic.com/661lqpk.jpg
that is called a midline shift.
What do you think the orthodontist will say since it's my first time going there. Do you think he'll give me braces? Please answer and I won't keep asking. Thank you!
Best Answer anyone?

I would say that it's highly likely that an orthodontist will indeed recommend braces to correct your shift.

If the rest of your teeth occlude (bite) properly in the back then the orthodontist will probably choose to leave the midline shift alone. I finished my treatment with a slight midline shift and it doesn't bother me, even as a dental hygienist. It is not noticeable in the least since the only time we have our teeth closed is when we are chewing our food or in pictures. And even in pictures my bottom teeth are hardly visable.

If you have been referred to an orthodontist then it is possible that you have another issue your dentist may have wanted checked....

Hope that helps!
