One way it to get two very long, slim knives and gently force them on either side of the cork and slowly wigle them up.
The dynamic tension will pull the cork up as you remove the knives

Tear the top of the cork off with a pair of pliers - maybe the whole thing will come out if you use a twisting motion. Then dig the rest of the cork out with a knife. Pick the little pieces of cork out of the liquid and drink it all before it goes flat.
Go down to the 24 hour drug or 7-11-type store and buy a cork screw or equivalent.

use a woodscrew - screw in far enough to secure it to the cork while leaving enough sticking out to grip w/ a pair of pliers.
