I mean, if you've seen the guy consistantly for a few weeks, at what point do you, as a guy, start to get frustrated that you're not getting any?

There is no solid answer, i mean if the relationship is based on physical needs then by the fourth date, but if your going for a long term thing then the time will present itself when its right for the both of you.With no pressure from him.

That is very hard.If that stuff take place in my life my attitude with the girl will be very simple and direct: get rid of her at once.No question about the matter.Period.
