she's gonna need a visa to stay in the USA. so tell her to go to her local US consulate and apply for a visa.

If you are an American citizen you first need to file for a fiance visa. After the visa is approved and he comes to the US you have a 90 day time period in which you need to get married. You also need to see a good immigration attorney in order to file necessary forms. Good luck.

she will be needing a visa to get here...file her for a petition as a fiance so she can have the papers to get here...ask your lawyer
