- Just graduated from university.
- Took a "graduation vacation".
- Interviewed with this company before my vacation.
- Wasn't interested in me at first.
- Now showing interest and want to talk to me.
- The company asked me to e-mail or call them.
- I still have some interest in them.
- But I would like to wait until I get back from vacation and review my options, which is a month from now.
- Just don't want to feel pressured or stressed about this while I'm on vacation.
- What should I do and say to them?

respond by email: tell 'em you're interested and currently out of town, then play it by ear.

Well, either send them an email and tell them that or cut your vacation short. A week or two is a pretty standard vacation.
