Ezekiel 18 is probably the best chapter concerning His judgement. If they are 'of the world', then they will be judged by their own standard, which is probably faulty. We cannot judge that person's heart.
One could use the example of the two thieves on the cross with Yahshua as an example of a 'last minute gospel', however I feel that would be in error. The thief that was told he would enter paradise knew Yahshua was the Messiah, and also confessed his sin, that they deserved to be on the cross that day. The open confession of his sin and belief is probably what saved him.

GOD is Lord over Time.
GOD can Expand Time and give a Person The Last Chance to Accept Jesus as their Saviour.

The only People That I can say are in Hell, are the ones the Bible says are there.

I Personally Wouldn't Want to Cut it THAT CLOSE~~~!

Maybe what he should say is that we're not in the business of judging. What happens to every individual is up to God and that individual. We need to spread the good news and I agree that the Bible teaches a necessity to believe but we need to be careful not to run someone off with the truth.
