oh common people. I would maybe just blow my horn at him. I would never run a cat over.

Geeze, I never even admitted to it. Don't jump to conclusion so easy.

I would never swerve to hit it.

But to be honest, I learned in defensive driving, the depending on your speed and the safety of your passengers and the people around you. If it crosses onto your path, you may not be able to swerve away.

I would never, ever kill anything intentionally... and I don't hate strays, I feel very sorry for them. No home to curl up in.

I would do a big U-turn in the middle of the road, drive back to the cat, get out of my car, chase it around for a few minutes, finally get it in the car, do another U-turn to get back to the direction I was originally headed, and foster the cat for the next 10 years.

The male kitten grows up to his first year and has no worry of the tom after he reaches a certain age , but once he reaches adulthood the tom decides that he is no longer welcome to hang around , he will kill him if he sticks around ,,, after he lives for a year on his own , he shows up biger and stronger ,, and the fight is on ,, the ousted tom is allowed to stick around but he is no longer king, and is not allowed to mate.. males are the only strays , females stay home and fight their battles ...

Actually I have on many occasions swerved across several lanes in an effort to block traffic and allow kitty to pass.

BTW YOU are a horrible person.

You stop the car, get out and give the cat a ride to someplace safe.

You mean, COME ON.
Common is a different word. It is an adjective.

Or do you mean to call us "common"?
That would be an insult.

Surely you don't mean that.
