Dear answerinos,
My mum has 11 cats,
Silvester,,Max,,Mulligan,,Simon,,
Bubby,,Bling,,Bella,,Gus
Toottie,,Lilypad,Taylor and Simon.
These cats are confined to the house and backyard from where they cant escape. My mum had a special enclosure built to keep them from going out on to the street.
There are kitty litter trays all over the joint but not all the cats use them.Is there anything my mum can do to prevent them from pissing all over everything,it stinks and makes me feel sick.Im not a cat lover myself,I love dogs.Is there anything she can do?

have them neutered. Keep the litter pans immaculate- a cat won't use a dirty pan.
and a spray bottle of vinegar nearby at all times to spray the cat when it goes to do this and it also neutralizes the smell of urine.

you also have to clean up thoroughly from when they pee cause they go by scent and think that's the spot to use. get a cat enzyme cleaner.

Goodness that's a lot of cats! Are they all neutered/spayed? If not, then they are marking their territory (yes, females mark too!). It also wouldn't hurt to get them checked for any medical conditions that may cause incontinence. With that many cats running around be sure to change the litter boxes every day, or every other day at the very least. Cats are picky about where they go.

11 cats?!?!?! i bet 11 dogs is much harder!! hmm i don't know maybe u should give a cat to a friend that really wants a pet and was allowed too. maybe u should get that kind of item that they have in a super market that your cats can poop where ever they want and it doesn't stink I forgot the name but i saw is in tv. maybe u should search it

Can she maybe isolate them into certain rooms? If she's been taking in strays, its kinda hard to teach them not to mark their territory which is what it sounds like they're doing.
