when wil there be a breakthrough in solving retinis pigmentosa(RP)....i dont know who to listen to, some say theres a cure for it, others say no......

Well, this is a tough question to answer, you are asking us to predict the future.

There is currently no treatment, let alone cure, for RP. RP is actually about 100 different, but similar diseases each caused by a different genetic defect.

Research is ongoing, including research on artifical retina and maybe someday there will be treatment. For now, do not spend any money on "cures" especially ones you see advertised on the internet. Always ask your eye doctor about any treatment you are thinking about using before trying it.
