there are many thing which make one not to lose weight..
1. Thyroid.
2. intake of Bad fats.
3. intake of fatty foods like rice, potatoes, chips.
4. Exercising less.
5. Or Hormonal disturbance.
It better you get yourself checked up from a doctor and get to the root of your problem.

what kind of healthy are you talking about? Ask your doc. about what you should eat to lose weight. Try not to eat food with too much oil or grease. These will add on. good luck!

Stay off sugar! May help ; but some people, including myself, only seem to increase in weight whatever we do- walking, dieting, etc.

putting on weight is very easy losing weight is little difficult so dont worry.you will lose ,keep doing what ever you are doing to lose weight.

maybe thyriodism. Check with your doctor. They can give you tips as well as a nutriotionist.

are you eating enough....if you aren't then your body goes into starvation mode...don't go below 1200
