I don't hate atheists, or anyone else on here. I have lots of friends on here who believe differently than I do. :)

I do not hate athiests as a Christian. What if they are right? Then I am dead, deceased and it does not matter. My life does not matter anymore because I am dead. Now lets look at the other side.. What if I am right? Then I spend eternity with my Lord and SAvior Jesus Christ. Win, Win situation!!!! Unfortunately some Christians do not properly represent Christ.. you cannot win over anybody with hate.. Love bears all things (yes, it says that in the bible) When Jesus whent to the lady that commmited adultery and fornication he did not yell at her or get angry, but shared with her the good news of eternal salvation!... But for athiests... Do you ever think 'What if theyre right'? No doubt about it, there are misconceptions that both groups have about one another but i truly wish athiests would weight the costs and penalty if they are wrong ... all you get is a little enjoyment out of a life that goes by quicker than you know.... Hate? Sorry Bronze....no hate here...of course, I can only speak for myself, though most of the Christians I have met here at R&S don't seem to think or feel that way either....of course, haven't "met" them all, so can only speak about those I have seen :)
Personally, "sadness" is my primary "feeling" about many Atheists....lol, followed by "frustrated", of course :) {*but then, feel that way about many other people too...including some Christians :) ]
Nope, each person is an individual...some nice, some not...
But "hate"? uh uh After all, have some family that are "Atheists"...as well as quite a lot of OTHER different Beliefs, lol.

If I as a Christian, hated the groups represented in these polls,I would not be here participating on R&S,nor would I be a member of the Kingdom of God and follower of Jesus Christ. My goal is not to stamp out Atheism,or to promote hatred of those who can not see,but rather to defend and promote the Gospel,that eyes may be opened by the Grace of God.
I can't image how hurt Jack B. would feel,if I stated to him that He was no longer my friend or that I hated him..I have a genuine love for him and am concerned for his well being...
and consider him as a friend. It is Him that I love,not his beliefs...those will change one day.

Look around at some of the questions and answers here... I think you will find that atheists here do little to help endear themselves to Christians. It is unfortunately human nature to be fearful of others, jealous of their beliefs, unwilling to listen to the ideas of others. There is NOT one group that is to be blamed, it is individuals of any and all groups who choose intolerance over peace and love.

I don't . But they aways say it is very stupid to believe in god and the people that follow him are idiot, wouldn't that annoy you! I'm not all ubsessed with god but at least I have some spiritual guidence.

I do not hate anyone. I actually love people for their differences. It is what makes the world go round. I am sorry if any Christian has shunned you. For that, I will stand in the place of that Christian and ask you to forgive us if I have misreprsented Christ in any way. Christ is Love not intolerant!

This is one Christian who doesn't hate or mistrust atheists or any other group of people, for that matter. I've met many atheists in this forum who are fun folks and nice to be around.

I find it funny. We could believe in another god than theirs, or another religion and that would be okay. But if we don't believe in ANY god, but are intelligent, moral, honest, loving and charitable...just say you are an atheist and you are hated and mistrusted. *shakes head*
