Well religion is not the way to live for eternity, having a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ is the way and the only way, as the bible says. Anyone can be a Christian and still sin because that’s what humans do, God gave us free will so we take advantage and sin daily. Judging and being self-centered is something every one does and is VERY difficult to stop but with enough time effort and praying it can be done, but Jesus knows that we all sin and always will and that is why he died for all of ours sins then now and yet to come, you just have to welcome him into your heart.

We all know people like that. The problem with Christianity, is Christians lol. Those who choose to live for God should not judge. Actually Jesus makes a point of saying this over and over in the Bible..."Thou shalt not judge...lest you be judged." If you see people doing that, you might want to offer a friendly reminder to them, that Jesus says we are not to judge - period!

And how many of us know people who claim not to have a religion, or any belief, and are always judging others and are very self-centered?
What you describe, Hun, is HUMAN nature...it is in the nature of God to try to bring our natures into compliance with His Own...
Tuff job, I suppose, but Somebody needs to do it...
For our own sakes!!

I don't know anyone who judges others. I know a lot of people who judge right from wrong, but those people have never judged the person, just the actions or lifestyle of that person. You have to learn to tell the difference, dude.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could all look at ourselves a little lower than the next guy. Maybe then we could see the big picture "What, it really isn't all about me"! Pray for those who think they have already arrived those are the ones that need the most help.

Funny, most of the people that are like that have been on YA... Haven't met many that had the luxury of that kind of rigidity in real life.
I have, however, been with people that, when struggling with their own inner demons, have been more verbal about certain character flaws (kind of like they needed to convince themselves)

I dont know anyone who isnt self-centered. Even when they do good deeds for others, it is because the good feeling THEY get when they help someone out.
