anyone know any programs maybe better
that does the similar thing?

As far as i know, there are no better programs than these. I used the 2 apps all the times. Washer is not free and it haven't been update for sometimes but it still works. CCleaner is newer and it get update frequently.

If its free, its probably a scam. The only genuine free stuff are from Microsoft, and McAfee+Symantec Virus Removal Tools. If you want a window washer, Try Webroot's Window Washer.

You mention 2 of the best privacy tools available. There are other software programs available but they probably wouldn't be able to do a better job.

Look for Evidence Eliminator. You have to pay for it but it will work well. I've heard it is good enough that the FBI would like it banned. Besides clearing all the stuff you dont want others to see afterwards it will rewrite ALL UNUSED DRIVE SPACE.
