Okay...I only started last monday...All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 7 pounds. And its only been 8 days! I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids.

Helpful Tips for weight loss:

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

If you so desire, then keep your Will Power charged up and do the following simple things:
1. Avoid sugar and stuff made out of sugar completely.
2. Drink lots of warm water through out the day, especially when you feel hungry.
3. Never have aerated sodas, instead take Yogurt, Skimmed milk, lemon water, fruits.
4. Go for regular walks atleast for 45 minutes everyday.
5. Do your home chores like sweeping and mopping the floor, cleaning the WC, clearing the cobwebs at home.

Drink very much (three liters, not alcoolic, not sprinkling), avoiding to drink while eating, eat proteins and carbohydrates separated, and always some vitaminic with it: for example: meat (or fish) with salad at lunch, so bread (or rice or potatoes, or pasta) with stewed vegetables for dinner, eat many times (five or six) but breakfast must contain sugar (not added, as: fruit, milk, toasted bread), and the other two snacks: yogurth, or fruit, or tea with a little cake, sometimes....fruit never with lunch or dinner.. and take a run or bycicle ride, almost every day... then tell me, let me know

Don't take oily and fatty foods. Take minimum five litres of water a day. Take raw vegetables and vegetable juices in the mornings if possible. Take regular exercises. If possible do the home work your self without using machines. Don't use remote to watch TV.

You can lose weight with a vacuum cleaner, a microwave, a pull-out bed, some cheesesticks or just about anything you want. Be creative. : )

first you should have will power to do so.eat healthy diet.drink lots of water.do slow exersice.like pilaties.yoga is the best.that controls every thing.be happy.dont worry about your weight but do all this you will. ok all the best.

there is a tonic called SAFI... trust me it worked for me... i lost 12 kgs in 6 months...

i also not used to get my periods regularly but now i get it regularly.. i was 59kgs, i became 47kgs in 5 or 6 months after having safi.. it was 2 yrs back and stil i'm 47kgs.. i even don have any physical activity..

Just stop worrying about it first of all.eat half the plate of rice or wheat that you usually eat.Add more fruits & veggies in your diet.Finally do some exercise everyday.

If you really want to loose weight, start including more natural foods in your diet and AVOID eating SNACKS. YOGA (HATA YOGA in particular) will help you to loose your weight
