i have chest pains that come and go right on top of my heart
or on the bottom of it.
i wake up at times with my left hand (mostly my thumb, index and middle fingers) numb.
i feel pain in them all day long
also my left foot doesnt feel good either
my cardiologist said my heart is fine but i have tachycardia.
any ideas?

I answered this question for you privately, but I will answer it again. It sounds as though you're circulation is being impaired. the cardiologist should have you on some sort of medication for the rapid heartbeat. I would discuss with the doctor all of the symptoms you are going through because the doctor will be able to help you. It's impossible for me to give you a diagnosis on the internet.
