help with blurry pic?

i have a pic that i am making into a belt and i need to color it in paint. the only problem is it is to blurry. how can i make it not blurry without taking a picture again. will anybody help?!?!?

While some programs can "sharpen" an image, such as Adobe Photoshop or iPhoto, truly there is not much you can do with a really blurry photo.
