It's a good question... How did all these planets, asteroids, suns, and galaxies get here? And how far out do other universes exist? Do they end at some point or? Why is planet Earth so privileged? I guess if I knew the answers to these mysteries, I would be God.

In the bible, the first few paragraphcs tell you. It says god created the heavenly bodies, stars, the sun, and the earth
