He means ..."There's nothing that he doesn't like about you". We women (me included) are always trying to read something into what guys say. Let's just go with he meant what he said.

How did this come up? Did you ask them is there was something wrong with you? If you did and he said that, you need to accept that he likes you and stop trying to find something wrong with yourself!
