You have a girlfriend - stay with her
She has a boyfriend - then forget about it
She is 9 years younger than you, as time goes by the difference will become greater and more obvious. Also, she still has so much to live and experience, still so much to go through. You came close to kissing today? Big deal! That doesn't mean you have to leave your girlfriend for her. It might come up to nothing after all. You can't have the cake and eat it, you know!

The age difference is the least of your worries at the moment. You need to deal with how you feel about your current girlfriend first, and even if you do choose to split with her then there's the issue of this girls boyfriend, so that's two people who could be very hurt. You say you really 'fancy' this girl, but at the end of the day is it worth all that.

Your both legal. If you think its right for you both, then there isnt a problem.

BUT.. be faithful to your girlfriend, dont do anything until you are both free agents.

We see such a lot of painful questions on here, by someone going off with someone else before they are free to do so.
Dont be one of the statistics, please dont.

if you love your gf, then leave the jail bait alone. otherwise you could try a relationship with her but with her only being 18 i wouldn't see the relationship lasting. only due to the fact of no sense of responsibility.

the age difference is nothing,
what you both need to sort out is how you feel about each other and how you feel about your g/f and how she feels about her b/f.
once you've sorted that out you'll know what to do next time.
