I think he likes me, he always stares at me, when we where partners at a science project he would laugh at my jokes when it wasnt even funny, flirts with me, and ect. but anyways I am too shy to ask him out so how can I make him ask me out and tell him I am interested without telling him specificly

Well, you could try tying him up and threatening him because that's a good way to MAKE someone do something.
It would probably be more effecitve if you asked him out. After all, it is the 21st century now. Women can vote, hold jobs, own land, and all sorts of neat things.

Just ask him out already. What if he's shy too, then you both can just stare at each other and not say anything and never get together, and you can regret it next year when you wonder to yourself what could've been.

If you have trouble asking him out in person. Leave him a note, text message or email (if you know it), to call you.
Don't make it out to be a huge thing like a date :) Call it a going to a movie or taking a walk. Anything but a date.

Start talking about a movie you'd like to see or a restaurant you'd like to go to. If he doesn't get the hint maybe he's too out of it to be a good boyfriend.

you cant MAKE someone ask you out. Maybe you missread his communications or maybe you should flirt a little harder to make sure he knows you into him.
Touch him..dont be sexual about it or anything but brush lint off his shirt or something. Sit close. That kind of thing.

Tell him about a movie that you want to go see and hint that you want to go see it with him. or talk about a favorite restaurant, something that would be considered a date should be brought up because it may lead him to ask you out.

Just act like your really in to him... try to be around him alot.... talk to him alot... laugh alot... he will see that your into him.. If hes shy himself he probally wont ask you out... guys can be shy too... But i would atleast give him alot of attention so he can see u like him.. Good luck to ya !

You can NEVER make someone ask you out, but you can certainly hint to him that you are interested. Smile at him a lot, and make a lot of eye contact. :) Just be sexy!
