Don't do that again. It's a crazy thing to do, it makes no sense at all.. and it's addicting. So stop now. I'm sure you don't want to have scars all over your body or have people say you are insane, do you? You don't have a problem yet, but doing the same thing again might suddenly change your life and the way people think about you. Life isn't always easy and parents can drive us mad sometimes, but you must understand that cutting yourself is bad for you, no matter how good it may seem. Love your body and let good, reasonable thoughts guide you.

Yeah, it's wrong. You're learning that hurting yourself helps you feel better mentally. That's because you think you "deserve" to be hurt, so when you cut yourself, you've inflicted the punishment you think you deserve. And you know what, this kind of thing gets worse. Eventually it takes bigger and bigger cuts to give you the same "fix," and then you're in deep ****.

Please tell someone you trust about this. A doctor or nurse would be a good person.

Cutting is a sign of serious problems with your mental health. I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad that you feel the need to do this. Please seek help from a parent, counselor, doctor, or ecclesiastical leader soon.

Get some professional counseling ASAP!

It sounds like the family needs to learn how to communicate with each other.

People that cut themselves don't tell other people. They hide it.

Either you are lying, or you cut for the attention.
