If the "Christian biased view of the bible" is "The bible is God's word and it is true.", then yes. Seminary classes will have a distinctly "Christian biased view of the bible".

If by "secular view" you mean "Well, my friend whom I trust to have my best interests at heart told me that the bible isn't necessarily true..." kind of view...... well, no. Seminary classes won't teach a secular view.

About the same as a secular college giving the same opportunities to a Christian course.

It depends on the seminary. There are plenty of them around that teach only a secular (humanistic, unspiritual) view.
