Christians, what are your veiws on Abortion? Is that not killing one of your gods creations?

My question is, if so many are against abortion...how many babies have they adopted to save them from abortion????
With the pro-life crowd so vocal....there should be no foster care, no orphanages, etc. The pro-life crowd should be adopting all the babies they don't want aborted.
I think it's about time they put their pro-life money where their pro-life mouths are....
This way they're giving pro-choice women the freedom to freely exercise their sexuality, while picking up their slack should they become pregnant and not want the baby.
After all....if you don't wanna see a baby be aborted, yet don't want to adopt one...what does that say about your pro-life stance????
Or do you just want the chance to tell a pro-choice pregnant mother that they're evil and going to hell???

Are you Pro-Abortion or Pro-life?????
There are lots of people on Answers who are pro-abortion (sorry...they call it "Pro-choice" don't they to try and sweeten it up).
The Pro-life people (both Christian and non-Christian) are amazed that abortion could even be considered an option.
Most normal people are against murder - however it amazes me that if a child is still in the womb a lot of those same people think its OK to kill it.
Most babies are aborted because its inconvenient. Sure you say they might be emotionally stretched, but we all have problems in this life and killing an innocent child should never be the solution.
I think anyone considering abortion, because its inconvenient for them to have a baby, should consider adoption instead. Give their baby to people who will love it unconditionally.
Unfortunately people are selfish and they would rather take the quick option and kill it. Sad huh :-(
I've heard some people use rape as a reason to abort an innocent child. This is a very tiny percentage of abortions carried out today and there is the morning after pill available to rape victims.

Yes most Christians are strongly against abortion. There are numerous places in the Bible that reference the BABY in the womb (not a "mass of cells", a "zygote", or an "embryo").

of course it is.
if you opened your legs and don't want the product of conception, do the right thing and give it up for adoption to a good, loving 2 parent homes.
but most morals have gone out the window these days and women find it more convenient to flush it down the toilet or scrape it off and throw it in the trash!
bet u a dollar if you ask any woman who is housing an unwanted baby, she'd much rather flush it than adopt it.
Why? cause it's much easier...on the woman that is...not the baby of course

i think it is bad.... but i also think bring a child in this world to stuffer is bad no matter what they do if the child was meant to be here then not even an abortion could stop it

I think abortion is wrong, and should be avoided unless:
there is rape, incest, injury to the mother, or that the baby will have severe defects that will kill him/her(born without a brain)
if a woman made a choice to have sex, there's no going back.

I am against it. I believe that it is killing a human being or a potential human being and that is wrong.
