has asked a sensible qestion on here and is asking for advice or help, that at least one arseh*le will post a completely nasty answer? I'm sure i'll get a few back now i've posted this from exactly the kind of people i'm talking about, but there are some really messed up people out there and i was just wondering why the hell they feel compelled to be complete w*nkers to total strangers?? Is it because they don't have the guts to stand up to people in real life so it makes them feel better to belittle people from the safety of their computers??

I can empathise with some folk who have a bit of a giggle on here, y'know putting irrelevant answers. It's excusable as we are unaware of the bum deal they've had that particular day. BUT, to come on here being nasty, well that's just uncalled for and pathetic. Maybe they,ve no friends, little wonder eh?
On the whole though, methinks QA is much safer than a chat site.

1. These people think they are funny
2. They also believe that everyone will laugh when they read the answer they have given
3. They dont care about your feelings on the answer due to the fact they dont know you and more likely never will
and one for you, dont get so pent up about it, read the answers and the oneyou dont like just give em a thumbs down and they hide

I give a reply that is as thoughtful and considerate as the question posed. If the person asking won't bother to make his or her point clear or even hit the spell check button, then I won't bother to give anything other than a sarcastic response.

I know exactly what you mean. I find that the people that leave the rudest answers are also the least intelligent ones on this site.

Like 'Hey' as an example......
kind of person that would shi.t themselves if confronted in the street, but suddenly become the big 'I AM' sat at home behind a computer.
Just ignore them....they make themselves look twa.ts all by themselves!!!

yeah, ive asked a few very serious questions and got some ignorant stuff back from people that jump to conclusions and just dont get the point or are just looking to say somehting stupid for the sake of it.. urgh.. losers

I think your last sentence says it all. They hide behind their computer because no guts in real life. And they seem to feel so much power if they can hurt someone's feelings.

Its merely to cover up for the insecurities they have in their own lives, It makes them feel big :S. Ignore them and focus on the positive and constructive answers and pity the rest :P
