no sorry bro, you can't go get 1 from Nevada and come back and let the cops say "ohhh well he is just from Nevada so he doesn't get a ticket." Also I think they would look up your background information if you moved there anyways. Just wait it out and have your family or friends give you rides or you can take the bus or walk or ride your bike. It also helps with the economy and uses less fuel and gas

You should NOT be able to get one... a driver's license also signifies residence in that State, so you'd have to have proof of residence.
ALSO, the state to which you are applying WILL ask about your previous license, and lying about it is a crime.
Pay your fines... I did.

No. If California suspended your license, you can't apply for a license in any other state. Pay the fines.

No your info would transfer to that state as well so it would go with you. Just pay the fines and get your DL back.

probably , they only target professional drivers with a national database. slackers keep on being slackers and end up killing somebody with their bad driving habbits.
