ugh....i guess this year you could call me the "it" girl...every guy thinks im hot...and im trying not to be conceited! but every time a guy asks me out my friends tell me that my face turns really really red!!!! please help! make up doesnt!

You're trying not to be conceited, but you are being conceited. It is not conceited to blush when someone asks you out, that is unless of course you are being "real" about it and not being "fake". You may look good on the outside, but it is what is inside of you that will count the most.
You do not want to date a guy just because he thinks you are "hot", because he will be into you for the wrong reasons.

I use to be like that to but instead of out of the blue blushing I laughed nervously until I turned red, it was a habit, every time someone guy asked me out or talked to me I just change into a complete weirdo. Next time when he approaches you make sure to stay calm and clear your mind don't panic.

Blushing is part of your charm, most guys think it's adorable. Not much you can do until you outgrow it (and you will) except smile and enjoy being the "It-girl" of the year. Best of luck and enjoy.

I had the same problem and friends told me that they thought it was kind of sweet. They would even call attention to it (which made it worse). Just don't let it bother you, I think that it just shows that you are a very thoughtful person.

realize your worth it and being with the person you are attracted to is one of lifes many rewards. im sure your pretty hot looking, so why not be proud of it. looks are fleeting but a heartfelt match is a good way to spend forever. god bless and good luck.
