why you believe in it? have you always believed in it?

I am leaning very strongly that way every time something more happens to me spiritually.

When I was very young, I would have these like memory of these people in my head, detail of their faces mostly men, and at times many at once.
I always feel I road a horse, but in this life never been not even sat on a pony. I like swords too.
I have always seen or felt either ghost, spirits and angels since the age of four, even felt God's presence intervene to me, and he spoke telepathically to me.
I prayed to God for help and protection three years ago, and he sent two spirits, just two hours after wards, and one is believe to be my guide, name Greta, this Guide comes to me for three years now, and came just last night, it was said that she knows me from another life. She even gave me a dream, or memory of that life, she was saying in that dream, that she will always be there for me, no matter what battles I have.

I should of been dead over ten times, someone seemingly has been saving me. This spirit guide acts as if she was my wife, as she is ver protective of me, she comforts, with her compassionate touch, she holds my hand, hugs, and cuddles. Perhaps that's why I can find a woman, especially like her, she perhaps is saving me for herself..... that's my new thought.

In all honesty, I didn't believe it at all. I was once a bible-thumper, went to bible conventions. Then, I kept questioning, kept praying and asked for the truth.
I have had more things in life to prove in reincarnation more than any other spiritual matter.
I don't believe in karma, or the eastern belief of humans coming back as animals or plant life, or previous lives as such. I do believe in previous human lives and our trying to gain in spiritual knowledge for each visit.
I want this to be my very last trip though, I'm going to do everything I feel I was meant to do just so I don't leave home again. I also wish this for all of us as well, it's a tough school house down here. :)

I have faith in the fact of reincarnation because I have always had faith in reincarnation. It is strengthened every time I know something that I have not learned. Déjà vu is also a reason for having faith in reincarnation.

I pity those who must be "born again" in there present life because they want to believe in reincarnation, but are not allowed to by their religion. All that build up to be able to use two words that accomplish nothing.

Does that conflict with your beliefs? If you believe you have a soul and will go to heaven, why is it a stretch to believe that your soul can be reincarnated instead?

I think both ideas are crap, btw, but would like know why there would be a conflict (assuming there is)

I believe in reincarnation because I believe it to be true (the Buddhistic form of it anyway). Matter is recycled.

Well, Nope I do not believe in reincarnation, I believe in resurrection and a judging day. Reincarnation makes no sense for me.

reincarnation wasn't something I believed in until quite recently
as it doesn't really fit perfectly with my beliefs
so I have had to adjust my thinking a little
I done a course at university on psychical research and past lives was one of the topics I studied
the cases that I hear about were amazing , children knowing about people and places they would have no way of knowing about.... there was one documentary on some ladies who had past life regression , so they investigated their claims and what they came up with was more than just coincidental

one lady from Australia , who had never been out the country ..
gave details of Aberdeen university and told about a stair case that was no longer in use
they had to dig out the original floor plans in order to find out

so now I feel that we all go on to spirit realms , but for reasons of our own may choose to return to a physical life

Reincarnation? Isn't it funny that, once again, we have a 'religion' or belief that cannot be tangibly proven? I wonder why ALL religions are like this?

Reincarnation is the worst part of the excrement that comes out of my behind. It is so false and far-fetched it makes me vomit.
