According to Catholicism, cheating on you (if she is) harms another person, and so it is wrong.

"Love your neighbor as yourself."
"Love does no evil to the neighbor"

Well, seeing as how you are not married, what do you mean by cheating? If you mean sexually...technically you should not be having sex with each other. So she can't "cheat" since you have no vow made before God. But fornication (sex outside of marriage) is a sin...for both of you.

I would say it's more like lying than cheating. Lying is a sin too.

The Catholic Church supports the biblical teaching that lying and fornication are sins.

Uh... she's cheating (oral sex? kissing & flirting?). The two of you are not married so in a sense she's still free to see who she pleases, as are you. Her actions go against the dating relationship since it IS supposed to be a committed relationship between only the two of you (right?) in preparation for marriage. The only thing I can say is you obviously don't like this because you wrote about it, so then you don't have to stay with someone who doesn't value the same things that you do. Find someone else.

First of all, oral sex is sex. If your girl friend is having any kind of sex outside of marriage her soul is in grace danger. It's called Mortal sin and if she is having sex outside of marriage with you or anyone else that's called fornication. Read paragraphs 2351-2356 in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. True love always puts the other person first, if I was in love with someone, I would not be a part of placing him or her in Mortal sin (sin that kills the soul). You need to set the example whether your Catholic or not. Truth is always truth, fornication is a sin, whether your Catholic or not. I will keep you both in my prayers.

Reguardless Of What The Catholic Church Has To Say About This...Carries No wieght at all....What Counts Is what Does God Himself Say About These Matters. Are you of the same belief ? We are not to be unequally yoked(joined) together. This principal applies In everything In our life...relationships,friends...etc...I really wouldn't be too concerned about what ANY church has to say about this. I would be MORE concerned about what the word of God has to say on this matter....

Sex before marriage is fornication. Try that magic word on your priest.

You should be more concerned with what the bible says about her conduct, not some doctrine of man. Is it easier for you to accept what someone else says over what GOD says?
