hi i'm 15 and my brother is13
he keeps on hitting me!!!!
i don't know what to do
i hate to admit this but he is stronger than me and is not afraid of hitting me!! and even if my mom or dad say anything he keeps on doing it
he won't listen to anypne
he keeps on beating me up
and he really hurts me
last time he hit me on my lower stomach and i couldn't move for an hour it really hurt!!
i just don't know what to do
i feel so defenseless!!he is stronger than me and there is nothing i can do!
pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help!!i am begging you!!!before he kills me for real

Since your parents don't seem to be willing or able to stop this type of behavior, then it's time to take matters into your own hands. If he hits you again, call 911. If there are any visible marks on you, they will do something about it. You can also call CPS. It sounds like your brother has some behavior problems and needs help. You need to be kept safe from him and it should be your parents helping you! No one deserves to be beaten up or hurt inside their own family.

Call Child Protective Services.
If you are in England Childline will direct you to someone who can help or look in the yellow pages for child services numbers or ask to speak to a guidance counceller at your school, don't tell the teachers what the problem is, some teachers will just sweep it under the rug and tell you to grow up (that's what happened to me) but if you're bruised the counceller will for sure check into it for you!

BTW my Ex used to beat me and one day i crawled up to the sofa and grinned "you got to sleep sometime you a'hole" and when he fell asleep i took a 2x4 to him, there are no rules in fighting and if you have to grab the nearest object to you while he's pummeling you and wack the snot out of him, defend yourself if you can, and if he reverses the charges, you can say self defense and show them your bruises!

Yes, you need to report this to the police, if your parents are not doing anything about it. I don't understand, how they can not do anything. I would let my Teacher, a Minister or someone else, in Authority know what is going on.
He could do worse, to you like you say. I pray, that you get out of that situation. No one should have to live in a house like that. Shame on your Parents, for not being able to stop him.

When he is in a room next time baracade it in and say that if he ever hit/hurts you again you wont let him out for a week,
threatning usually works
also tell your mom/dad that if she/he doesnt stop him you will have to resort to the police or CPS

ok ne3ver say hes stronger uv gt 2 yrs on him idont care how much bigger or smaller he is u r stronger oldest are 80 per cent of the time smaller so nxt time he hits ya fight him if he wins hurt him after when hes not expecting it like kick him hard in th nuts then he ll soon learn whos the boss dude kick his ***

I think this is the part where you get some higher ups to help you and you tell your parents that if they don't make your brother stop, then you're calling the cops to the house.
.Seriously.
.We can't really "help" you, you have to help yourself in this type of a situation...the only advice to give to you is CALL THE COPS and tell your parents that is what is going to happen if your brother doesn't knock it off.

ok heres what you gotta do. walk away from it and then make sure he is following you, turn around unxpectedly, thewith all your might, kick/punch him in the balls. then he will roll on the ground n you say, dont mess with me any more. yeah!
i did this 2 my brother, now hes afraid whenever i clench my fist.
lol

Try talking to your parents again. If they dont make him stop try talking to some other family members like aunts, uncles or grandparents. If that still doesnt work try talking to someone in your school like a counselor.

If your parents won't listen call 911. Go to your teacher, go to a neighbor. Don't let it keep on, next time just call 911.

If your parents wont step in , then its time for the police..... I dont care what your parents say, when the police show up , show them the bruises, its time for it to stop....tell them exactly what has been happening, and keep calling if it happens again............
also call your grandparents, do you think they would step in since your parents wont????
