amberwaves251: Yes but I can taste smell and feel the air...the air is tangible.

whathappentothisnation: No, what you suggest wouldn't really be any more logical, it would simply have another emphasis.

I am sure a frontal labotomy goes a long way towards that goal.

No, counseling will not help you. You are in spiritual blindness. You are NOT "hopelessly reasoning" and are illogical! You are blind to the Creator of the universe and refuse to acknowledge the work of the Lord's hands! I find this blind and totally baffling! You have to want a relationship with the Lord and seek Him out but you do not. You can take a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. This is what my daddy used to say, but Jesus said with God all things are possible! What you call "blind belief" Jesus called faith! He said, "blessed are those that walk by faith". This is not such a hard concept for you...is it? You can have faith in things that you do not see, like air. You acknowledge the existence of air. You do not see it, but you know it is there.....don't you? I will pray the Lord open the eyes of your heart since you asked for help. I do hope you were serious!

Edit: I know that God is here from His creation. This too is tangible!

Don't you have a family that loves you, that would like to spend time with you? I know many Atheists/non-believers also do good works; don't you have any ways you can help people in need around your community? Most Christians are on here to help other Christians who have valid questions and/or defend God. It's too bad you can't find something more worthwhile or fulfilling to do with your time, rather than mocking Christianity.

But we'll be praying for you, nonetheless. See you next time. Have a good day.

You must be very lonely to ask that question in this forum. You are obviously trying to be controversial in order to get lots of loving Christians to answer you. You are pretending to push Christians away but are inviting them to interact with you. A person as hopelessly reasoning and logical as you must be able to see this clearly. There must be some part of you that desires this interaction.
The Lord works in mysterious ways. Love and hugs : ))

Response: Cool! My prayers are with you!

So, exactly how much 'reasoning and logic' was behind your decision to mock "just one"; of the many religions in the world whose followers have "blind faith" in G-d?

Why not pose this particular question to all who have "blind faith" in any 'god'? That is a lot more logical, don't you think?

Don't beat yourself up too bad.

It takes a certain blind belief to be an atheist too, you know.

Plus, once you get on your deathbed and start thinking about judgment - that blind belief is gonna start making a whole helluva lotta sense!

Prayer, Repentence and Deliverance. Without true deliverance Christian counseling is a waste of time. Jesus is the only counselor you need.

No. An ascent to faith especially for an atheist (been there you know) entails a religious experience. And besides if you are not really open to an honest discussion to prayer-counselling-dishing can make you change your views.

peace out.

No one can drag you, kicking and screaming, into the fold of believers. The door is open - you have to choose to walk through it. Everyone is welcome - even sarcastic, hopeless, unreasonable atheists. (don't get mad - just teasing you a little)

God Bless - really.

Only if you want it to cure you; if you set out to not believe anything you're told, no amount of reasoning and explanation of faith will convince you of anything at all.
