This is not a good sign could be parvol (unsure of spelling) If it is then chances aren't good if caught quick enough the vet may be able to help. Rottwiellers typically don't survive due to thin intestines.
Get your dog to a vet ASAP.

that happened once ot my 14 year old dog who is no longer here with us. she died from old age. we atually gave her meatloaf and the greese upset her stomach causing the blood in her stool. bring your dog to the vet as quickly as possible so your vet can give you medicine for your dog cause most likely you gave you dog food that its stomach can't tolerate and they are probably in alot of pain. i am pretty sure thats whats going on but don't count me on it. the pet hospital would actually be better. good luck. i hope your dog gets better

That is not good and you should probably take him to the vet. He probably has heart worms which can be treated if found in time.
