I hope you're joking.

Your neighbour can be charged!

I called the animal control about 2 months ago to go save about 70 kittens and cats, they saved all the kittens and I went to the store 2 weeks ago and I adopted 1- his name is Harley. He's just the sweetest thing :)

I love animals!

Call the police and stop leaving your dog outside so long that he needs to have water from the dish. Bring the dish inside and let the dog outside to go to the bathroom and then take him on a couple of nice walks during the day. What's wrong with your neighbor anyway or are you a bad dog owner that lets your dog annoy the neighbors for hours?

Kep your dog indoors and dojn't allow it out without supervision. Set up a video cam and tape your neighbor pouring antifreeze into your dog's dish. Call the cops.

If you are sure of this, report him/her to the authorities. That is animal abuse. Try keeping the dish out of your neighbor's reach. That could help too. Anti-freeze to a dog is like rat poison to a mouse. NO GOOD can come of it!!!

Call the animal control, call the cops. Get citronella no bark collar for your dog. Set up a surveillance camera, rent one for a couple days, nail his *** in court. Call the local paper.

Don't touch it and call the police, if they don't do anything call the aspca and tell them what is going on, they have investigators who will push the local pd.

Police departments have so much to do and often pets fall into the we'd like to help but department

You should report the incident to the police. But if you want to enjoy a little vigilante justice, I think that would be warranted. Throw a brick through his window.
