People who ask questions with respect get my respect. This is a respectful answer. I appreciate Christians like you because you are open-minded.

As you have made a point of saying there are some you don't appreciate, people might think you were insincere and just trying to manipulate them. Perhaps you could just stress the positive part and leave out the veiled threat of your disapproval.

I would not assume you were being insincere. A little more friendliness, from all sides, can only be a good thing.
Of course, what may seem antagonistic to you may simply be someones way of expressing themselves through humor, sarcasm, etc. It's not always easy to catch someones exact tone on a message board.

I don't think I have ever answered any of your questions but your thanks is ok with me. I like to think that I am not being antagonistic unless someone is that way with me first.
And sometimes what I perceive as a "trollin" question will get a sarcastic answer, but I try to be respectful whenever possible.

Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't automatically make them a non-believer in God. I'm not trying to be antagonistic with this answer, either!

I think it's insincere when a Christian condemns me to Hell then ends it with "Have a nice day" or "I'll pray for you". Saying thanks for getting respectful answers doesn't seem insincere.

If I answered any of your questions without sarcasm or any other kind of weary tone, you're very welcome. I would have done that because your question was sincere and open minded. I like questions like that.
If I answered any with scorn, there was probably just something about that question that bugged me...
If I've never answered any of your questions, it's nice to see a gentle note of thanks to those who do.

Well, we can usually tell when someone's being sarcastic/insincere, so if it sounds sincere and it is, then that's ok. =)
