Friend,
Do not be disappointed. It is natural to many. You can become an expert.
You see mind has so many thoughts. But to express it out you have to have a language English or any other language you like.
You should have a good lot of words with their meanings usage etc in your mind. For this you must read well good books of that language, hear the radio ,see the TV channels to observe pronunciation.
Cultivate habit of reading news papers.
Have the habit of referring to a good dictionary.
Then speak and write in simple sentences first.Gradually you can develop into making complex sentences.
Read good novels by good authors.Plan time accordingly .Avoid unnecessary talk or arguments.
First leave that feeling that you are inferior.No.All start at a point.I too learnt ,and come up to this level and I am still learning. We are all students brothers.
Goods luck.You will succeed.
Try and try ...you will be perfect.
God bless you.

I read your question once, twice and thrice. I find you have expressed what you have in your mind. What you should do is to have confidence in yourself and think before you talk if the subject is delicate or require some preparation. For all other purposes, you must first of all feel free and be clear in mind, then talk naturally. In this process don't be confused or confuse others. Communication, please remember, is a two way process , hence a free flow of speaking becomes necessary. When someone takes the initiative, the other person needs to listen and add values to the extent he can. One should not hinder the pace. Bringing humour , presenting examples will make the conversation interesting.
Expression also means showing emotion or feelings by words and gestures. Explicitly making a statement is also a form of expression.
Sometimes, it may become necessary not to express everything in a group openly where suggestive forms of expression is adopted. A few words and some sign language is good enough to deliver the message effectively.
Linguists know many languages and they can adopt the native language to impress upon the audience. Catch words , phrases, figure of speech, maxims when appropriately made use of, communication becomes more powerful and you will realise people like to listen to you.
Practise is required for public speaking where attributes like standing postures, eye contact, gestures, diction, time taken are the watch words.
You can also observe how people deliver a point and win debates. A child learns to speak in the beginning but later masters speech and expression. So you can also do so in the lines expressed in my answer.

That actually could be good. Of course studying writing and English is valuable. Intuitive, sensitive and creative people access their greater mind power, greater by far, but it thinks in pictures and images which are hard to put into words, as you might suspect. Language skills are for that. The whole 21st century is about an easier more intuitive world that's hopefully safer and not so intense, a healthier, saner and more positive mindset. The creative ability will rule from now on for inventions, breakthroughs in medicine, technology and other creative needs to fuel the economy so we can continue to have new products to, as we are losing our edge. Sensitive, BTW doesn't mean weepy, but sensitive to our surroundings, aware of what's happening and knowledgeable about people.

This blockade is due to a complex,a fear that an exposure would reveal our mistakes.Lack of self confidence is also one reason. When we always consult our conscience and act accordingly question of fear does not arise. Then we are courage of our conviction and bold in our expression. All our hidden inner talents will come out spontaneously.Only thing we should develop the art of ventilating our feelings exactly. This can be gradually achieved by wide reading and long writing.

Read more. Go through books that explain how to speak in public. Practice speaking on a topic before a mirror, focusing on your enunciation and phrases that you use. Only through practice will you overcome the inability to express yourself before others.

Take a moment and think about what you want to say and how you say it. That's all. Brushing up on your vocabulary will help too. I worked with this person who would always say "irregardless". That is not a word! Whenever he said that I would just cringe. Good for you for wanting to improve yourself. Best of luck

Read. Read good books. Read a lot of them. It rubs off.
Ask the people at the book store to direct you to classics that are appropriate for your age and reading level, and take it from there.
And turn off the TV.
Good luck!

the best way for you is to just don't husstle while giving any answer..
if someone asks you answer and you know it just relax and raise you hand (if you are in a class) and if other person says you to answer calm down again and with thinking before you speaking you can answer yourself correctly.

maybe you're a writer not a talker or maybe a good listener. those who want to know you and those who love you will work around it. just be relaxed and confident and you'll be alright.
