If you are asking about having a Tomtom gps system that has frozen and you want to know what to do.

I had the same problem, there is a reset button on the base of the tomtom. You need a pin (or similar) to poke into the hole and hey presto the tomtom will reset for you.

It doesn't happen often but usually when it is first turned on.

As others have said, there's a reset hidden in a little hole near the card slot/power &c connector. TIP you may have to press the reset AND hold the power button in at the same time. Make sure the battery is well charged. If that doesn't start it then it's repair time. I got this from a TT tech guy, it's not in the manual or help files

yep had this problem there is a reset button which on my tom tom is underneath you need a nib of a pen to press it should solve the problem,if you still get the problem give tom tom a ring when you get through [be patient] they are so helpful and will put it right.hope this helps.
