i believe that you have some recollection of your past life which fades in the first few years and dissapears, say you had a terrible memory, do you think that you would be terrifed by the lack of control, and the loss of being able to talk about it, or relieved that that life was over?
just curious?

From accounts that I've read, it just is what it is. Some are happy to get it off their young shoulders probably, but again usually they forget most of the past life by about 4-5 yrs of life.

We carry a lot into each life as residuals from past lives. Particularly the one immediately before this. Anger's a big one. And oftentimes there's a repeat of the same people you had serious problems with last round, but with the relationships changed around.

That's the reason for getting the chimney all swept out before you leave the vehicle.

Well, I myself cannot remember any of those types of memories, but I have a good friend that has three. He has three distinct memories of past lives and everyone of them was in the last moments of those lives. Most of the deaths were fairly horrible, but he told me that he looks at those memories with indifference. He went to a psychic once to find out more about them, but he could tell that they weren't a part of his life now and didn't feel anything for them. I guess he was just curious.

you ought to have an interest interior the Christian community, the Liberal Catholic Church, team spirit Church, The Christian Spiritualist stream, the Rosicrucian Fellowship, and Lectorium Rosicrucianum. i haven't had the time to learn all of those communities although. I only copied from yet another web site. In my case, on an analogous time as i'm no longer Catholic, i'm a Christian and fascinated interior the assumption of reincarnation. My innovations isn't closed.

I think it would be more of a relief in the loss of an overwhelming amount of memory and information that is unable to be contained in the brain at that age (children are unable to gain sufficient amounts of long-term memory for the first 18 months of life). It is adjusting to the rhythms of new life by purging what remains after your last death gradually, in the womb, or after birth, beneathe the surface, occuring during tantrums and sleep.

I think that we all can learn from our past lives, and that if we really search and honestly want to better ourselves and learn, we can find out about our past lives. So to me, it a bit of a bummer that I can't remember my past lives easily, like a faded memory.
