is there a way to get rid of pain.. quick?!!?

Depends on where the pain is as to how fast you can get rid of it. If it's something on the surface you can use ice or heating pads to reduce the pain. If it's internal that would require medication and a visit to the doctor.

Morphine?
What kind of pain is it? Ice, heat, tylenol, aleve, ibuprofen, all of these things work for different problems..
