Today I tried on my uniform for school, and it was a lot tighter than I had expected it would be. I can barely button my pants! I need a quick way to lose at least enough weight in the next four days so I can fit into my clothes! HELP. =P

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch
Keep to a 1,200 food intake
Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.
I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

Liquids- Only water, nothing else
Food- Eat 8oz. every 2-4 hours NO MORE, chicken is best with veggies, avoid bread, pasta, too much red meat.
If you have to option you can try an enema (only once and done properly) or try a colon cleanse product from GNC
JUST BE SAFE eating will help you lose weight not starving

hmm why don't you just buy a bigger size??? Losing that significant amount of weight in 4 days won't work. You will end up gaining it back, and besides, its not healthy. I think you should just buy a bigger pair of pants.
