one of the best things you can do is bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, up and down the stairs, pushups, abs floor exercises, and so on. Do everything in circuit fashion and you burn more calories than almost any other activity, plus it increases your metabolic rate more than just steady pace cardio.

If you want to burn them in 1 day... eat those kellogs cornflakes with strawberries for all 3 meals..
if in hours, just wear alot of clothes, some people even put that food plastic wrap on themselves and then go for a run.. do that

u can clean ur house perfectly and run cleaning the house is a work out guys lol u can easily lose 200 cal by house work.good luck
