Contact Ebay right away and let them know you are a victim of fraud and explain this situation to them. If you don't, most definately you will probably get into a lot of trouble and face a huge fine and prison time.

This is another form of identity theft. report to the local police immediately, and to Ebay, and to the people who got bilked. Send copies of the police report.

I bet you were Phished and gave out your info that way. You really have to keep yourself educated about that kind of thing.

email ebay and tell them your account got hacked... they will help you out..
