The short answer to your question is YES you can have a false positive result for opiates if you eat poppyseeds prior to a drug test. However, you may be lucky that you may have enough time to allow the poppyseeds to "leave" your system before tomorrow's test. Especially if you didn't digest a lot of them.
Here are a couple websites to help out.
The MayoClinic had an article on this:
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/poppy-seeds/AN01282
"Poppy seeds contain morphine. If you eat poppy seeds, you will excrete morphine in your urine, which may result in a positive urine test for opiates. However, the morphine level in your urine after eating poppy seeds is very low — typically below the detection threshold for most drug screening tests — and the morphine is usually cleared from your body within four hours.
To avoid any problems, don't eat poppy seeds before a drug test. If you are required to provide a urine sample after recently eating poppy seeds, tell the person collecting the sample or the doctor overseeing the testing that you recently ate poppy seeds and to take that into account...."

Another finding was from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poppy
"Although the drug opium is produced by "milking" latex from the unripe fruits ("seed pods") rather than from the seeds, all parts of the plant can contain or carry the opium alkaloids, especially morphine and codeine. This means that eating foods (e.g., muffins) that contain poppy seeds can result in a false positive for opiates in a drug test.
This was considered "confirmed" by the presenters of the television program MythBusters. One participant, Adam Savage, who ate an entire loaf of poppy seed cake, tested positive for opiates just half an hour later. A second participant, Jamie Hyneman, who ate three poppy seed bagels, first tested positive two hours after eating. Both tested positive for the remainder of the day, but were clean eighteen hours later."

Yes, lay off the dressing. But on your paperwork, it will ask you what meds you're on and such, and be sure an put that you may have eaten a poppyseed muffin or eaten poppyseed dressing on a fruit salad.
Poppy seeds are where opiates are derived from. I don't think it's enough to get you high, but it can show up on a urinalysis.

Yes.. stay away from anything like that. Poppyseeds will show a positive test for opiates. Eat a cheeseburger on a plain bun.. or without the bun... either way.

No. You would have to eat 12 poppyseed bagels in a row for it to show up on a drug test.

yes, poppy seeds can make you test positive for an 'opiate'
you should have laid off it a while ago if you're concerned...
when you test, just inquire about your 'poppy seed dressing' and ask the person administering it... let them know you eat poppy seeds.
