Each AZO Cranberry tablet is approximately equivalent to four (4) ounces of cranberry juice cocktail- that would be equivalent to about more than an ounce of a cranberry juice concentrate.

If your UTI seem to be a bit "heavy or severe" then taking 6 tablets per day would be the best. Since you just got over it and taking the tablet now for prevention, then 2 tablets per day would be fine. AZO Cranberry is a nutritional supplement and it can be taken daily to help maintain a healthy urinary tract so there is no harm really even if you take more than two tablets. Be careful not to break the tablet as it tastes so bitter once the coating is penetrated.AND.....always have lots of water-that is the very best you can do to help prevent UTI.

I heard of many feedbacks of its effectiveness,I haven't tried it personally though.

Drinking cranberry juice, NOT cranberry juice cocktail, will make your urinary tract slippery to avoid bacteria from attaching.

Downing a couple glasses of that a day is effective and less expensive than taking that AZO. It makes your pee orange. Good luck. I know how bad UTI's can be.
