Turn off the computer, turn off the video games, turn off the TV.

Go outside. Ride your bike, play ball, go to the pool and swim. Walk, don't ride in your parents car.

Start with little changes -- like cut out the sodas and drink water, or flavored water. Instead of eating a FULL meal, eat only half -- skip the candies and choclate and the potatoe chips for yogurts, baked chips or wheat chips. DRINK WATER! Take short 15 minute walks every day -- start slow at first, until you notice qa change in your body. Drinking water and exercsing alone will make a HUGE difference. ONce you feel like you've accomplished soemthing (like lost a couple pounds or so), you will become more motivated. Make bigger changes and exercise more. You have to really believe that you can do it, and think of the rewards -- not just losing weight, but being HEALTHY -- FEELING GOOD because you're treating your body good. Luckily, u are very young, which means you can lose weight rather quickly and easily.

The best way to lose weight is just to try to become more healthy. It sounds easier than it is and take a lot of commitment but here are some things you can do. First of all, no sodas. Its even pretty good not to drink juice either. Just drink water, and try to drink about 8 cups a day. Also don't eat candy, cakes, ice cream. Stuff that is high in sugar and has no nutritional value. You can also substitute. instead of eating a sandwich eat a wrap, instead of a greasy pizza make a homemade pizza. Stuff like that. Another good thing is to avoid the bleached foods like white bread, white rice and white pasta. They are over processed and turn directly to sugar in your body. Instead eat the whole grain ones, these are going to have some good nutrients in there for you instead and fiber instead of just sugars. Avoid transfats, they wreck havoc on your body! Portion control also. take smaller amounts and wait about 10 minutes before getting seconds to be sure you are really still hungry for more.
Then you want to increase your exercise. Don't go crazy just add a little here and there. It can be fun too, you can go on walks with friends and family, go swimming, biking, or if you're stuck at home just go up and down the stairs, situps, pushups. I like to do workout videos, you can get them for like $10 at walmart and no one ever has to see you.
Since you are younger you probably don't have as much control over what you are eating. My suggestion is get involved. Go to the grocery store with whoever does the shopping and help get stuff, check the labels, encourage your whole family to eat healthy. You don't have to be overweight to benefit from a healthy diet. Your family would probably appreciate it. Good luck! email me if you need anymore advice or have any questions!

If you build muscle, you will look skinny but weigh a larger amount than if you merely lost the weight. Take gentle walks that get your heart pumping but don't hurt your legs. If you watch TV a lot, use a treadmill or olliptical while you watch. Eat a salad (with turkey on it if you prefer) at least twice a week as a meal. Cut out fast food as much as you can, and anything that has grease you can see or feel. Most importantly, have fun! When you're happy, you feel better, and when you feel better, you are healthier. Also, drink at least 2 large glasses of water every day.

build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)
i don't exactly remember how.

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.

eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.

don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
pretty much pay attention only to your food when you eat
also allow your body to tell you when you're hungry, when it growls, eat.

do aerobic exercises

do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer

you can run in one place for 15 min per day or more.
or run up and downstairs. or jog/run/walk around your block.

then slowly increase the time, by 5 min per day.
and if you're gonna do sit-ups, cutches, pull=ups, etc. add 10 per day

starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.

also laughing for 10-15 minutes
burns75 calories

If you get cravings in afternoon, it means you're not getting enough food in the day.
Have and extra half apple, or an extra of something healthy for breakfast or have a snack before
yur usual cravings start everyday.

What you need is consistency, endurance and persistency. Depend on how tall you are, you'll need a lot of exercises and cut down on fatty food etc. Join a gym. Or go to Barnes & Noble or Borders, read the diet and exercise books there, pick the one you like most and follow through. Set up a timetable and devise a plan for yourself and start early everyday (late riser usually function not so well in my opinion). Keep to it no matter what. If you want to make it easy, persuade a friend to do it with you together.

For some attitude, i'm an grownup, am 5'6" and weigh a hundred twenty five lbs, and that's low familiar for my height and build. you're only hitting puberty and could probable proceed to enhance for the subsequent 4 or 5 years. so which you will attempt to drop right down to one hundred lbs actual now may well be very risky! At 113 lbs you're already skinny. approximately ninety% of females have a abdomen they might choose to get rid of--I do too! females tend to save fat on their tummies and hips, and that's extra solid for women to shed extra pounds than it incredibly is for adult adult males. Having a sprint tummy is familiar. on account which you're nonetheless growing to be you should no longer attempt to shed extra pounds via weight-reduction plan. you could start exercising extra, nevertheless. via exercising you could convert fat into muscle, and become usual fit. yet your objective ought to be to lose fat together as including muscle, no longer shed extra pounds.
