Good efforts! Most doctors agree that a 1200 calorie diet and 30 minutes of walking or exercise of your choice will take off calories. Go buy a book on calories. Write down every bite of food you eat. quit when you reach 1200. Start fresh the next day. You will find that if you consume 1200 calories of junk food instead of 1200 calories of nutritious food You may get headaches tooth aches or other problems but You will learn what you can have handfuls of (low calories) and what you can have only what fits in the palm of your hand. or One chocolate kiss! the books give a size for each food. Like med apple or large apple different calories. Or 8oz serving of fat free milk or 8oz serving of Low fat milk. read and learn. I kept 50 pounds off for 3 years doing this until I finally learned what I can eat and not eat without having to check. No gym fees. No clubs to join. Its not hard. You can eat out (get the calorie guide for restaurants book) You can eat 1/2 of what is served if its High calorie, and have the rest for tomorrow. You can skip a meal if you are busy or you can have a wonderful holiday meal.. You will learn portion control by calorie counting.
Its not hard to do if you can add. Just get a piece of notebook paper and log all you eat (Including the mayo on the sandwich the margarine on the toast,etc.. and stop at 1200 cal. My doctor even had liked to have a glass of wine regularly counting the portion size and calories. My choice was chicken baked, 2-3veggies that are low in calories (corn is not), rice 1/2 cup. Most days I had enough calories to use 4oz of vanilla ice cream for dessert. It make for a easy dinner. Tuna salad with mayonaise and celery carrots and small roll works for lunch and favorite cereal ( One serving portion), 4oz milk and 4oz Orange juice or 1/2 banana works for easy breakfast. I also found that I had to drink extra water and go to bed earlier than I used to..prevented night time snacking..Good luck.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Yes and you must eat more. You have consumed just 500 calories all day. Ask me how much should I be eating and then tell me your height, weight, age and activity level and I can help you more precisely.

If you're working out on a continuous basis--then you are fine. If you are NOT working out -- try cutting out the peanut butter, maybe just have it on your toast or something. You should add a little more protein in your diet -- chicken, or lean meats.
