Wake up and eat apple. Drink a bottle of flavored water. Eat a piece of bread. Walk around town for 60 minutes, run around town for 15 minutes, ride my bike for 60 minutes, jump rope for 20 minutes. In between all, eat a pear and a tuna sandwich. Then do 50 sit-ups and 50 push-ups. Do 100 jumping jacks. Eat pudding, drink 1 bottle of flavored water. Then sleep.

You must burn 2000 more calories that you take in in order to lose 1 pound.
So, eat lots of smaller meals and snacks to keep your metabolism going and exercise alot. You can not do anything in a day. It didnt take a day to put it on.

LoL -- are you serious? An apple for breakfast and water? COME ON -- the way to loose weight is not done by STARVING yourself!! Do you know what happens when you don't eat enough food at the right time? Your body starts freaking out because it doesn't know WHEN you're gonna feed it again, so it takes all the FAT and it stores it for ENERGY. Then, when you DO eat -- it ABSORBS ALL THE FAT AND CALORIES and STORES it because it never knows when it's gonna get fed or how much it will get fed. Just eat healthy, no junk -- drink way more water if you're planning on running around town like a maniac for 15 minutes! All you need is about 1 hour of cardio everyday for one week and eat a healthy, well balanced diet in order to lose about 2-3 pounds a week -- depends how big you are right now, too,

heres some tips on loosing weight:
build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)
i don't exactly remember how.
drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.
eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.
don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
pretty much pay attention only to your food when you eat
also allow your body to tell you when you're hungry, when it growls, eat.
do aerobic exercises
do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer
you can run in one place for 15 min per day or more.
or run up and downstairs. or jog/run/walk around your block.
then slowly increase the time, by 5 min per day.
and if you're gonna do sit-ups, cutches, pull=ups, etc. add 10 per day
starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.
also laughing for 10-15 minutes
burns75 calories
If you get cravings in afternoon, it means you're not getting enough food in the day.
Have and extra half apple, or an extra of something healthy for breakfast or have a snack before
yur usual cravings start everyday.

drink more water..two bottles of unnatural/flavored water is nottttt enough water, specially if your working out! eat some vegetables like in your tuna sandwich and no mayo, use whole wheat bread. goodluck xoxoxoxo
