im a 5/11 160lb. 20yr old male and im pretty fit.
i work out frequently, but i would like to know if hydroxycut is safe for me if i want to lose a little more body fat percentage and see more muscle definition, or if it is bad if you do not have alot of extra body fat for it to cut off.....

basically is it safe for someone skinny like me to get that little extra edge on more muscle definition?

thanks

Look, ever since the FDA banned ephedra, all those fat-burning supplements don't work. My advice to you is to continue working out-- do a lot of cardio, if you want less body fat and continue strength training, try changing your diet -- less carbs way more lean protein. Taking pills won't bring out Muscle definintion -- WORKING OUT WILL.

I wouldn't use any drugs to try and increase muscle tone. All drugs are toxic, to some degree or another. Food is your best drug, without the (often unknown) side effects of drugs.

Exercise will enable your muscles to grow, but it's nutrition that will let them show. You need to use good nutrition to reduce body fat and bring out muscle tone. For exercise, remember to rest between work outs (48 hours or more if you're still sore.) Remember: Muscles don't grow when you work out, they grow while you're resting between workouts.
