Crunches for the upper abs and small, highly dynamic leg lifts to define the lower abs. To increase the tension when those lifts get easy--which, with repetition, they will--add ankle weights. Good luck!

Hanging knee/Leg Raise
Hip Thrust

exercise alot and you should look like it eat healthy too they onli look lyk that because there is hardly any weight on them x
